Understanding our return policy and how to request refunds for digital pattern purchases.

Digital Products Policy

Since our patterns are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once downloaded. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

When You Can Request a Refund

Refund Eligible

  • Technical issues preventing download (within 48 hours)
  • Corrupted or incomplete pattern files
  • Duplicate purchase made in error
  • Unauthorized purchase (fraud protection)
  • Pattern significantly different from description

Not Refund Eligible

  • Change of mind after downloading
  • Pattern difficulty higher than expected
  • Finished project doesn't meet expectations
  • Pattern downloaded more than 7 days ago
  • User error in sizing or construction

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@animasews.com or use our contact form with your order details and reason for refund.

Review Process

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may ask for additional information.

Refund Processed

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Information Required for Refund Requests

To process your refund request quickly, please provide the following information:

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Pattern name(s) and designer
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots if technical issues
