Digital Products Policy
Since our patterns are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once downloaded. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.
When You Can Request a Refund
Refund Eligible
- Technical issues preventing download (within 48 hours)
- Corrupted or incomplete pattern files
- Duplicate purchase made in error
- Unauthorized purchase (fraud protection)
- Pattern significantly different from description
Not Refund Eligible
- Change of mind after downloading
- Pattern difficulty higher than expected
- Finished project doesn't meet expectations
- Pattern downloaded more than 7 days ago
- User error in sizing or construction
How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@animasews.com or use our contact form with your order details and reason for refund.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and may ask for additional information.
Refund Processed
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Information Required for Refund Requests
To process your refund request quickly, please provide the following information:
- Order number or transaction ID
- Email address used for purchase
- Pattern name(s) and designer
- Date of purchase
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Screenshots if technical issues
