Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation, choose your account type (buyer or seller), and follow the registration process. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
What's the difference between buyer and seller accounts?
Buyer accounts can purchase and download patterns, while seller accounts can also upload and sell their own patterns on the marketplace.
How do I search for patterns?
Use the search bar at the top of any page, or browse by categories, difficulty level, or designer. You can also filter results by price, rating, and other criteria.
Purchasing & Downloads
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our payment processor.
How do I download my patterns?
After purchase, go to your Orders page in your account dashboard. Click the download button next to each pattern to get your PDF files.
Can I re-download patterns I've purchased?
Yes! Your patterns are available for unlimited downloads from your Orders page. We recommend backing up your files after downloading.
Selling Patterns
How do I start selling patterns?
Create a seller account, complete your profile, and submit your first pattern for review. Our team will verify your patterns meet our quality standards before they go live.
What commission do you charge?
We charge a 15% commission on each sale, which includes payment processing, hosting, and customer support. You keep 85% of the sale price.
When do I get paid?
Payments are processed weekly on Fridays for all sales from the previous week. Funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account or PayPal.
Technical Support
I'm having trouble downloading files
Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. Make sure pop-up blockers are disabled. If issues persist, contact our support team.
The website is loading slowly
Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try using an incognito/private browsing window. Check your internet connection speed.
I forgot my password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password.
