Prohibited Uses:

Payment Terms
All purchases are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices include applicable taxes. Digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment.
Download Rights
You have unlimited download access to purchased patterns from your account. We recommend backing up your files as we cannot guarantee permanent storage.
Terms for Sellers
Content Requirements
Pattern Standards:
- • Original designs or proper licensing
- • Clear, detailed instructions
- • Accurate size and difficulty information
- • High-quality images and diagrams
- • Tested patterns with good construction
Prohibited Content:
- • Copied or plagiarized designs
- • Incomplete or inaccurate patterns
- • Offensive or inappropriate content
- • Patterns that infringe copyrights
- • Misleading descriptions or images
Revenue Sharing
We retain 15% of each sale as our platform fee. You receive 85% of the sale price, paid weekly to your connected account. Fees cover payment processing, hosting, and support.
Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of your patterns. By uploading, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and market your content on our platform.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Creating fake accounts or reviews
- Harassing other users or staff
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Distributing malware or harmful content
- Manipulating search results or rankings
- Using bots or automated systems
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
The Sewing Pattern Marketplace platform, including its design, features, and technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform.
Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without written permission.
Your Rights
